Bradford's regeneration continues:
- District wide regeneration - National, regional and local agencies are successfully joining with the private sector in the delivery of one of the UK's most ambitious regeneration programmes. Together they have already ensured £1billion worth of investment is either completed or on site.
- A city centre that works - A city centre Masterplan is delivering a flexible and usable environment to be built around a unique 10 acre park, which will contain on of the world's largest city centre water features and be framed by a new Central Business District.
- Fastest forecast rate of economic growth in West Yorkshire - With a forecast 64% increase in GVA over the next 10 years and a 28% growth in jobs, Bradford's economy is predicted to be the rising star of the region.
- The fastest growing major city in the UK - Bradford is bucking national trends, with record population growth being forecast. The district is not only getting bigger, but younger too, with the third largest population of under 30s. Nearly 500,000 people call Bradford home and with over 60 languages spoken - it truly is a cosmopolitan city.
- One landscape many views - Two thirds of Bradford's 143sq miles is breathtaking countryside and charming villages. It's home to a UNESCO World Heritage Site at Saltaire and the Bronte sisters. Yet amongst this is a rich architechtural, urban heritage with over 6500 listed buildings, more per head than Manchester or Liverpool.
- Bradford is moving with the times - Once the wool capital of the world, Bradford now boasts an impressive line-up of major corporates. Morrisons, Kelda, Yorkshire Building Society and Provident Financial are just four of the top 500 Yorkshire Businesses headquartered in Bradford.
- A great place to live - Bradford offers great value for money - from first-time-buyer city apartments, to top of the market rural homes, contemporary new design and outstanding conversions of listed buildings and historic mills. With no significant issues of oversupply, the market is in a strong position to maintain its value.

- A great place to locate - International business park developer, ProLogis Developments, has identified Bradford as the home for their largest ever European logistics centre, because of its location, transport links and the support it received from Bradford Metropolitan District Council.
